Candidate Requirements: A relevant qualification in education or language studies. Significant experience in an educational environment (e.g., as a principal, head of department, or curriculum coordinator). Proven ability to manage a team of staff effectively. Established network within South African education circles. Exposure to facilitating camps, courses, or programs (beneficial). Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English. Exceptional public-facing and people skills in a hospitality context. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Trustworthy, proactive, and well-organized. A clear vision for growth and development. Passion for liaising with learners, parents, and school principals. Live-in position.
