The Opportunity The candidate will coordinate and manage testing activities across projects, ensuring effective collaboration with project managers, external entities, and test teams, while elaborating test plans and monitoring progress. Actively engage in improving test processes and efficiency through requirement verification, enhancing test automation, and managing deployment on test environments. Contribute to global process improvements in test infrastructure and tools, while participating in testing and providing third-level support. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Coordinate test activities and test resources on dedicated projects/releases. Coordination and management on testing orders for the Issuing Platform and for surrounding satellites, such as elaborate test plan and test strategy, define test scenarios, coordinate and monitor test activities, elaborate and present test status reports and ensure reporting and close collaboration with Project Manager. Coordinate External Entities (software providers, end users, and customers), Test Engineers, and Test Environment Managers on specific test orders. Coordinate activities of nearshore/offshore test engineers. Actively participate in test processes and test efficiency improvement. Verification of fulfillment of software requirements. Use test automation and improve test automation coverage. Coordinate and manage the deployment on test environments with other Test Managers. Actively participate in global processes improvement (test infrastructure and tools). Participate in test activities and 3rd level support activities. Who Are We Looking For We look for big thinkers. In practice, this means: 4 years of experience as test manager and/or project manager. Experience in Issuing Processing Business and Card Payment Industry would be considered an advantage. Deep expertise in Testing methods and processes. Having experience as tester or developer is an asset. Average understanding of complex infrastructure such as highly available and scalable systems. Understanding of test management/tracking tools (HP-ALM, JIRA, xRay, etc.). Participation in test automation using tools such as Jenkins, NEOLOAD, SoapUI, Selenium, etc. Basic knowledge of development languages: SQL, JAVA, shell scripting, PL/SQL. Understanding or experience in Agile, DevOps, and continuous integration. Deliver correct effort estimations and check their exactness during and after the test cycle. Support actively Quality Assurance process within Release/Project. Assignments of defects to the responsible teams or external providers. Provide effective and timely 3rd level support for applications. Regularly suggest improvement measures within test organization, tools, and methods. Support the continuous improvement process and propose amelioration measures. Actively support and participate in the implementation of Agile, DevOps, and continuous integration processes.
