Big Rattle Technologies - Project Manager - Agile Methodologies

Position : Project Manager (YOE 3 6). On-Site. : Work from Office. We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our team. You must have 3 to 6 years of work experience in Project Management of Software projects. Project Management : - Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple software development projects ensuring timely and within-scope delivery as per priorities set. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives. - Identify and mitigate risks - Implement industry-standard security and compliance measures. - Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including technical specifications and progress reports. - Participate in architectural and design reviews and provide guidance on best practices. - Conduct regular technical reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Effectively use industry standard tools for project management. Team and Resource Management : - Conduct regular team meetings and stand-ups for effective communication and alignment. - Ensure team members are monitored and efficiently allocated. - Ensure productivity of team members. - Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support the professional growth of team members. - Identify training needs and organize training sessions to enhance the technical skills of the team. - Mentor junior engineers and help them develop their technical and professional skills. Customer Management : - Act as the main point of contact between business/ customer and technical team. - Manage customers, understand their requirements and ensure that the products meet customer requirements. - Ensure all customer feedback is collated and action items assigned to the technical team. - Provide regular project updates to leadership and business/ customers. R&D/ Process Improvement : - Drive innovation and continuous improvement in product development processes. - Research improved tools to help enhance the product and add efficiencies. Technical Skills (more the better) : - Strong understanding of software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum. - Hands-on experience in project tools (e., Zoho Sprints, Jira, etc). - Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) or equivalent. - Strong understanding of Versioning tools such as GIT, Bit Bucket, etc. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and microservices architecture. Experience with DevOps practices and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins. Experience with AI frameworks (e. , TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras). Educational Background : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - PMP certification will be an added advantage.
