Job Description : We are seeking an IT QA Manual Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software applications through manual testing processes. Responsibilities : - Design and execute both manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications. - Develop automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript. - Perform regression, functional, and integration testing across various platforms and browsers. - Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects, logging them in JIRA. - Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing. - Write and maintain clear, reusable, and scalable automation test scripts. - Conduct exploratory testing to uncover issues that automated tests may not cover. - Review product requirements and use cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and provide insights on testing efforts. - Stay updated with the latest testing tools and techniques to improve testing processes. Requirements : - Strong experience in manual and automated testing. - Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Good communication skills and attention to detail.
