Job Description

Role : Site Supervisor Location : Hotel in Port Elizabeth Reporting to : Ops Manager Working Hours Mon to Fri (7 till 4) Working Hours are not fixed and are as per operational requirements that might change at short notice. Night shift/ weekends/public holidays if needs be Qualification: Must have Grade 12, Matric or NQF4 equivalent qualification. Matric compulsory with tertiary qualification (Beneficial) Drivers License with own transport Must have a clear criminal record. Responsibilities but not limited too : Manage laundry operations including staff management Ensure laundry production is as per clients requirements Liaise with Client (Linen Supervisor, Hotel Management) on a continuous basis to ensure open line of communication Ensure all daily administration is up to date by end of shift Ensure staff comply with health and safety standards at all times Ensure staff follow standard operating procedures as per set out by the client. HR Admin: Ensure staff are upskilled and trained on a continuous basis Ensure daily checklists are completed and signed off Ensure staff adhere to schedule Skills: Proven Peoples Management Skills High Level Administration Skills Strong Leadership, Team Building, Communication, Time Management Skills Other : Neat appearance and professional Able to multitask Attention to detail Committed and responsible Go the extra mile Use Initiative Proactive and planning Remuneration /- R7500.00 pm We are committed to locating the ideal job for you, so we kindly advise against paying for this service.
