You will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue in this high-end, one-of-a-kind dining venue. Requirements: Fluent in French and English Experience in high-volume restaurant management, preferably in luxury hotel environments. Proven experience in managing fine dining outlets and bar operations. Strong leadership skills to manage large teams effectively.
