Candidate Requirements: Must be fluent in English and have strong communication and interpersonal skills A minimum of 4 years of luxury hotel experience Mixologist and WSET/CWA certification advantageous Must be guest-focused and service always orientated Confident and hands-on Ability to conduct regular stock-takes Fully computer literate and analytically skilled Flexible with working hours and must be physically fit Ability to handle multiple tasks and problem-solving in a high-pressure environment Must have strong leadership capabilities Candidates must reside in Stellenbosch or close surrounding areas This is a live-out role.
