We take pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards across all our properties. Job Overview We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to oversee our cleaning staff and laundry operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that all properties meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing teams within the hospitality or property management sector. Key Responsibilities Supervise & Train Staff: Oversee housekeeping and laundry teams, ensuring all employees follow company cleaning procedures. Quality Control: Conduct inspections to ensure properties meet cleanliness and presentation standards. Scheduling & Coordination: Organise staff schedules to ensure efficient turnover of properties. Inventory Management: Monitor cleaning supplies, linen, and equipment, ordering stock as needed. Laundry Operations: Oversee the washing, drying, and distribution of linen and towels. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all cleaning procedures align with health and safety regulations. Problem Resolution: Address any cleanliness-related guest complaints promptly and professionally. Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in short-term rentals, hotels, or hospitality. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with cleaning procedures, products, and equipment. Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Drivers license and own vehicle.
