Food & Beverage Leadership at Worlds of Fun summary: As a Food and Beverage Leadership member at Six Flags, you will manage operations and inspire a team while ensuring excellent food quality and customer service. This role involves profit and loss management, creating a positive culture, and adhering to safety standards. You'll gain valuable experience working in a fast-paced entertainment environment, contributing to exceptional guest experiences. Overview: $16/Hour A Food and Beverage Leadership member will work as a leader alongside the Food and Beverage team, gaining a greater understanding of the in-park operations through a continued learning component. Some key responsibilites may include: Ensure the proper execution and operation of your assigned location(s) Profit and loss management of assigned location(s) Motivate team members, provide ongoing feedback and training, and create a positive culture Complete administrative paperwork (inventory, operational logs, etc.) as required Ensure ambassadors adhere to all divisional standards, policies, and procedures Oversee the quality, portioning, presentation and safe handling of food being served Make necessary adjustments to meet revenue and cost of sales Ensure proper marketing and signage is in place to drive revenue All other duties as assigned and needed Some of our amazing perks and benefits: Paid Training and FREE Uniforms FREE Admission to our park and other Six Flags parks Free tickets for friends and family 30% discounts on Food and 20% Merchandise Work with people from here, near and from all over the world Employee-only RIDE nights, GAME nights and FREE FOOD events Responsibilities: Six Flags Entertainment Corporation is home to 42 unique and exciting properties across North America.
