Assistant/Associate/Professor, Clinical Scholar Pathway - Sleep Medicine Physician Sleep Medicine Physician and Teaching PositionAssistant/Associate/Professor, Clinical Scholar PathwayDepartment of Neurological SciencesRobert Larner, MD College of Medicine University of Vermont The UVM Medical Center Sleep Program is a division of the Department of Neurological Sciences at the UVM Medical Center and Larner College of Medicine at UVM. We seek to recruit a full-time BC/BE, fellowship-trained Sleep Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team. We welcome applicants from all specialties that support Sleep Medicine training and Sleep board certification. Primary responsibilities include: Evaluation and management of all manner of sleep disorders, and interpretation of sleep studies. Teaching fellows, residents, and medical students. Collaboration with advanced practice providers. Contribution to educational efforts including journal club, case and topical presentations, etc. Interest in sleep medicine research is a bonus. Our growing team includes Sleep Medicine Physicians with backgrounds in pulmonology (pediatric and adult) and neurology and four nurse practitioners. We also have a robust behavioral sleep program with two doctoral-level Sleep Psychologists. The appointment is to our Clinical Scholar Pathway. It is a joint appointment with the University of Vermont Medical Group and the University and offers a robust benefit package including tuition remission at UVM for qualified students.
