Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Anesthesiology in Houston, TX

We are seeking a Board Certified Anesthesia Physician with TEE certification and cardiovascular (CV) experience to provide locum tenens coverage in Houston, Texas. This role involves delivering anesthesia care in a busy clinical setting with an average patient volume of 25 per day. Responsibilities include providing anesthesia services during scheduled hours from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, without on-call duties or weekend shifts. The physician will manage and administer anesthesia for various procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and will collaborate with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. Documentation will be maintained using the Meditech EMR system. Qualifications: Board Certified in Anesthesia. TEE certification and experience in cardiovascular anesthesia required. Active and unrestricted medical license in Texas (or ability to obtain).
