Candidate Requirements: Grade 12/Matric qualification Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management (advantageous) Previous experience as a hotel reservationist or front office staff Preferred experience with: Opera software, Call center operations and MS Office suite Ability to oversee daily hotel operations and liaise between departments Excellent communication and guest service abilities Commitment to sustainability and maintaining high cleanliness standards Proactive approach to process improvement and efficiency Strong leadership and problem-solving skills This is a Live-out position ðLocation: Cape Winelands Click on the IMAGE for more information and to submit an application online.
