Role: Duty Manager Location: Hermanus, , Overberg, Western Cape Salary: TBC What Youll Be Doing: 🛎 Guest Experience & Services Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle inquiries and special requests to ensure a memorable stay. 👥 Staff Supervision Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and operational staff, ensuring smooth coordination and adherence to service standards. 🏡 Property & Operations Management Conduct routine inspections, maintain cleanliness, and handle any maintenance or safety concerns. 🍽 Food & Beverage Oversight Supervise breakfast service, take guest orders, and ensure high-quality food presentation and service. 📊 Administrative & Financial Tasks Monitor reservations, process payments, manage supplies, and generate daily financial reports. 🔒 Security & Compliance Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, oversee security protocols, and train staff on emergency procedures. 🌙 Overnight Stay & Split Shifts Stay overnight on assigned days, be available for guest assistance, and manage split shifts when required. What Were Looking For: ✔ Proven experience in hospitality or guest services. ✔ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. ✔ Excellent communication and customer service abilities. ✔ Attention to detail and a hands-on approach to management. ✔ Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overnight stays.
