Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Urology in Peoria, IL

We are seeking a Locums Urology Physician to provide coverage in Peoria, IL. This position includes a mix of ambulatory clinic support, OR procedures, and hospital call coverage for emergent urologic needs. The role requires weekday clinical and surgical responsibilities, along with 24-hour call on weekends and after-hours call during the week. The schedule consists of Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, with responsibilities divided between the clinic and the operating room. The clinic sees an average of 18-22 patients per day, and the physician will be expected to perform cystoscopies in-office as well as bread-and-butter urology procedures in the OR. Call coverage is required for both the ER and hospital emergencies, including weeknight and weekend call. This position is for adults only, with no pediatric cases. Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Active Illinois medical license or IMLC-in-hand Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and CSR Peoria, located along the scenic Illinois River, is known for its vibrant healthcare community, historic charm, and affordable living.
