Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Urology in Manahawkin, NJ

A 100-250-bed facility is seeking a urologist for locum tenens coverage. Manahawkin, New Jersey, offers a variety of enjoyable activities. You can unwind on the beautiful shores of Long Beach Island or indulge in water sports and boating adventures on Barnegat Bay. A multispecialty facility recognized as one of the best hospitals in New Jersey is seeking a Urologist to provide coverage for approximately 15 shifts per month. Shifts include in-house coverage from 7 AM to 7 PM and remote coverage from 7 PM to 7 AM, with availability for emergencies. The role involves managing a variety of urologic conditions, including bladder and prostate cancer, kidney stones, urinary incontinence, and robotic urologic surgery. The average daily volume is 8-10 consults and procedures as needed, with one Urologist per shift and midlevel support. EPIC is the EMR system used, and an up-to-date DEA/CDS certification is required.
