Practice ObGyn at UPMC in Cumberland, MD with a $405K base salary

UPMC Western Maryland is seeking a talented and dedicated OB/GYN physician to join our well–established and collaborative team. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice full–scope OB/GYN care in a supportive environment, alongside two experienced physicians, three midwives, and three advanced practice providers. Position Highlights Schedule: 4 clinic days per week, plus 0.5–1 day dedicated to surgery. Call Schedule: 1:4 rotation, with midwives covering most first calls during the week and shared weekend coverage. Scope of Practice: Comprehensive OB/GYN care, including access to a DaVinci Robot for advanced minimally invasive procedures. Visa Sponsorship: Available for qualified candidates. Compensation and Benefits Base Salary: $405K plus RVU productivity incentive bonus. Sign–On Bonus: $20,000. Quality Bonus: Additional earning potential for meeting quality benchmarks. Loan Forgiveness: Negotiable to meet your needs. Relocation Allowance: $10,000 to ease your transition. CME and Licensing Allowance: $3,000 for CME, plus $2,000 for licensure.
