A prominent Real Estate and Property Management Group in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida is seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role will serve as the primary support for the CEO and Founder, providing critical administrative assistance and taking a proactive approach to various tasks. The ideal candidate is self-driven, adaptable, and willing to contribute wherever needed. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and Founder Assist in the development, promotion, and management of the group's new mobile app Manage relationships with vendors (e.g., handymen, plumbers, cleaners, etc.) Liaise with guests and promptly address any customer service issues or concerns Manage and distribute the company newsletter Monitor and respond to online reviews for rental properties File and process expenses and invoices Oversee Airbnb and Vrbo booking management Handle application processes for rental properties Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of social media platforms as tools for business promotion Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively Detail-oriented with a "no task too small" mentality Personal car required (commuting for errands within 10-15 minutes will not be reimbursed; longer drives will be eligible for reimbursement) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Ability to work and thrive under pressure and daily stressors of real estate splace Our client is looking for an individual who can start as soon as possible. This position begins as a contract role with the expectation of transitioning into a permanent position with the company.
