Field Service Engineer – Commercial Coffee Equipment We are seeking motivated and skilled Field Service Engineers to join our team during an exciting period of rapid growth. As part of a leading global manufacturer of professional coffee machines and a major player in the Ho.Re.Ca. (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café) and OCS (Office Coffee Service) sectors, this role offers excellent opportunities for career and personal development. What’s in it for you? Along with a salary of £33,000 - £38,000 per annum, you will also receive a market leading benefits package including: A £1500 London Living payment Company Van or Car (allowed for private use) 5% Annual Bonus (depending on company and personal performance) 10% Company Pension contributions (no Employee contribution needed) Axa Healthcare Mobile and Laptop Death in Service x4 years’ salary 25 days Holiday Overtime rate – Weekday and Weekend £26 per hour Bank holiday overtime rate - £35 per hour Travel pay - £20 per hour Working an extra weekend £50 per day of the weekend worked 1 in 4 weekends 8 hours per day 8am – 5pm (30/60 lunch unpaid) What you’ll be doing as Field Service Engineer: Installing, commissioning, and setting up commercial coffee equipment Performing preventative maintenance works Responding to and resolving equipment breakdowns Providing operator training on equipment operation and cleaning Managing spare parts inventory in your vehicle Completing detailed service reports, including photos as necessary Adhering to safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE Working flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays, as part of a rota Taking ownership of personal and professional development Contributing to the company's vision and goals We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer with: Strong technical knowledge and understanding of technical processes Relevant industry experience on bean-to-cup coffee equipment (desired but not essential) Coffee knowledge (desired but not essential) Flexibility to work flexible hours and weekends Valid driver's license If you are a skilled Field Service Engineer with a passion for coffee and a commitment to excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply.
