Responsibilities: AsIn Room Dining Supervisoryou will assist with leading the team in the delivery of an exceptional In-Room Dining experience at The Connaught byattending to guest requests and enquires and maintaining a great knowledge of hotel information and food and beverage menus. You will assist the In-Room Dining Manager to develop the standards, procedures and approach, leading the team to deliver excellent guest service at all times. Skills and experience: You will be a team player with excellent communication and guest care skills and will take pride and attention to detail in your work. You will be flexible, able to use your initiative and organise your activities well. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels. You will take a hands-on and proactive approach to your role to support service delivery and achievement of departmental goals. Experience within a similar environment would be highly desirable and a sound knowledge of In-Room Dining operations is essential for this role.
