Marketing Assistant – Fine Dining Restaurant Group An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Assistant to join a prestigious fine dining restaurant group, supporting a dynamic in-house marketing team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or an early-career marketer looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative, and luxury hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in executing brand communication strategies Support content creation for social media, websites, email marketing, and print materials Maintain content calendars and coordinate key marketing activities Assist with social media management, including scheduling, engagement, and community management Support the production of marketing collateral, from menus to promotional materials Help manage website updates and optimise content for search Monitor and report on campaign and social media performance Assist in tracking marketing budgets and compiling reports About You: Passionate about hospitality, branding, and storytelling Digitally savvy with an interest in social media and digital marketing Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks Proactive, creative, and eager to bring fresh ideas to the table Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and website CMS is a plus This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a renowned hospitality group, gaining broad marketing experience in an inspiring and creative environment.
