The hotel's 801 bedrooms, restaurants, bars and 19 meeting rooms benefit from stunning views over Tower Bridge and St Katharine Docks The Role: Preparing a wide variety of drinks according to recipe requirements and to adhere to product sensitivities and drinks presentation in line with brand standards Being curious and fun, engaging with guests in a positive, entertaining and energetic manner Preparing cocktails both on the menu and famous, with flair, expertise, and confidence to create an atmosphere that is filled with visual excitement, incorporating different tricks, flips, and spins with bottles, using all types of bar tools to amaze guests Supports and promotes a culture of driving the top line through tailored engagement with the guest to drive sales performance and guest experience Resolves guest queries swiftly, communicating and following up with other colleagues and departments where necessary to ensure any issues are resolved with the guest top of mind Leverages all upselling opportunities on all and any menu items with the knowledge and ability to recommend with confidence, and working at pace to adhere to food and drinks service times, to maximise sales potential Volunteers new ways of looking at operational excellence and drinks quality to improve sales results What we look for: Passionate about delivering the highest levels of service, with accuracy and attention to detail Experience and knowledge working in high end cocktail bar, cocktail theatre and presentation Ability to work with flair, engagement, and exuberance, being “in tune” and able to build relationships Able to work effectively as part of a team What's in it for you?
