Hotel Night Receptionist, Gateshead, Part Time 22.5 hours per week Looking to recruit a part time night receptionist, the candidate will ideally come from a hospitality background. This Night shift Receptionist/Duty Manager will cover three shifts per week totally 22.5 hours per week Main Responsibilities:- Checking in late arrivals and processing early departures responding to guest requests, and managing reservations. Overseeing the necessary documents for the following day, monitoring the security of the hotel, and handling minor issues or alerting emergency services if necessary. This professional must remain vigilant, maintain a reassuring presence for guests, and ensure communication between day and night teams General security responsibilities Some food & beverage exposure More shifts could be available in a month or so. Training offered. Must have good life skills, calm manner and good with IT
