The Person The Successful Chef De Partie will have the following: Already be an established Chef de Partie from a high-end restaurant or hotel background Experience of working with the very best fresh, seasonal, local ingredients. great attention to detail and flair with presentation Passion for great food, drinks and service. Experience with multi outlets preferably. A background in (very) busy, fast moving, city centre restaurants is highly desirable.
