Advert Cook 4 (15/2542) Dalry School £15,650 - £16,616.51 You will be required to work 25 hours per week, 38 weeks per year. Monday to Friday 08:30am – 1:30pm This position is to take charge of a large school kitchen that transports meals to a primary school. You will be given direction / support from your line manager. You must have Catering Manager or supervisory experience as well as cooking skills / experience. Part of your duties within this role will include the following:- Organising the day-to-day running of the kitchen; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Be able to approach problem management with ease; Deal with any complaints. Having knowledge of the following would be beneficial to this post: Evaluating food costs; Menu planning; Managing the kitchen budget; H.A.S.A.W. and Cooksafe Follow procedures.
