Senior Interior Designer / Architect

An exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic Interior Design and Architecture firm, based in Bryanston, with local projects over Africa and internationally, specialising in luxurious residential and hospitality full turnkey design. Duties & Responsibilities Taking ownership of full projects from concept to design and from costing to completion in collaboration with our design team Work seamlessly with clients, as well as other third parties on multiple projects. Design, Space Planning and visualisation using Revit, Sketch up, Lumion amongst others Technical project documentation and drawing for manufacture, build and install Liaise with clients, suppliers and manufacturers Material sourcing and specification Maintaining budgets and project timelines Prepare and develop presentations and concept materials for client presentation Research on new design technology and developments in the design world, to give clients the best possible design solutions Please note: Should you not receive a response, your application has been unsuccessful. Requirements: Minimum of 4 - 5 years experience in interior design and/or architecture fields Relevant qualification in Interior Design or Architecture Experience in New Build, Renovation, Refurb and Restoration projects Experience in interior architectural design is an advantage Interior Space Planning Experience Great eye for interior furnishing and decorating Problem Solver and Detail Oriented Knowledge and experience of the full design process including concept, schematic, design development, construction documentation, construction administration, procurement, and installation is preferred High proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Lumion and other software Non Negotiable Confident, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills A portfolio showcasing 3D visualization skills and previous projects is required Own transport/vehicle
