The overall scope of the F&B intern is to assist the F&B department and its staff in day-to-day operations in the different outlets, obtaining relevant knowledge of the specific department. RESPONSIBILITIES MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Report to duty punctually wearing the correct uniform, clean and well pressed. Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organised at all times. Provide a courteous, professional and efficient service at the restaurant and at both bars, including, but not limited to: serving any requested food or beverage item, cleaning tables and performing the correct set up of all mise-en-place and side stations, fulfilling all instructions given by supervisors. Stay updated with the latest developments in the F&B department. Draft and print menus. Draft and print leaflets and handouts for events/banquets. Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints and feedback to supervisors. Day-to-day operational and administrative work. QUALIFICATIONS Fluent in English. Ability to work in a dynamic team. Master or Bachelor Degrees in F&B related areas. J-18808-Ljbffr
