Description Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a Night F&B Service Expert/Chef de Rang – Room Service to join a team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals in the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan. Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B service mainly in the Room Service, but you may be supporting any of our four outlets: This is a full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off. The starting date is estimated in February. This position will focus exclusively on the night shift. We look for people who love to create memorable experiences around food and drink and to leave a mark on the F&B department. The impact you’ll make Breakfast, lunch or dinner, the best meals aren’t just made by our brilliant chefs. They’re made even more memorable by the great service our guests enjoy. As one of our F&B Service Experts, you’ll make sure you know every dish on the menu, so you can make recommendations and answer any questions customers may have. You’ll make sure their food and drinks are served quickly, efficiently and with a smile - and if there are any issues, you’ll deal with them right away. Thanks to you, our guests will feel well-fed, happy and wanting to come back for more. What you’ll do Take guests’ food and beverage orders and record them in the internal system (Infrasys). Make recommendations on menu items, special requests and upsell where appropriate. Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations. Ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period. Order and restock outlet inventory. Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies. What you’ll need: Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry. A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude. At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English. A safety-first approach. Positive outlook and dependability.
