Our platform acquires data directly from molds in a seamless way, providing buyers and suppliers with visibility into their value chains. Users can analyze and measure supplier performance, uncovering joint process improvement opportunities and monitoring supplier risks. Recently, we closed our Seed Round to further fuel our growth. We are backed by a leading lean consulting firm, many serial entrepreneurs and several C-level managers, who are all contributing with their know-how in the industry. We are looking for a brilliant student or freshly graduated willing to join our Matix team. In this role, you’re going to be a strategic booster for the growth of our organization. You will be supporting our Account Management team in handling pilot projects and implementing our hardware and software solutions across various clients worldwide. Your responsibilities will be: Collaborate with the team to manage and develop relations with international clients. Support clients during the technology adoption phase by building business cases that demonstrate the value of MATIX solutions. Assist in planning and implementing projects, ensuring timelines and agreed objectives are met. Participate in analyzing client feedback to continuously improve our solutions. Minimum Requirements: Business or Engineering background: Economics, Management or Engineering academic background. Philosophy, Statistics or other backgrounds can be considered as well. Communication: Act as a trusted advisor to effectively communicate to clients and their teams to build collaborative relationships; mandatory are Italian and English proficiency. Active listening and Sales: Curiosity of Sales processes and world, willingness to grow and conduct effectively uncover needs, goals and risks in a given scenario. Growth mindset: Success-driven, works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment, keen to embrace feedback to always improve.
