Castello di Casole, a Belmond property, is looking for a Pool Attendant for the 2025 season. Main duties & responsibilities: Assist and ensure Guests are treated courteously and efficiently according to Belmond standards. Anticipate Guests' needs. Ensure that the work station is clean at all times. Ensure all pool furniture is neatly arranged and cleaned. Work closely with colleagues from other Departments providing assistance. Requirements: Effective communication: Communicates clearly and appropriately (both verbally and non-verbally) that positively impacts their role, the business, and Belmond. Emotional intelligence: Shows the ability to control and express emotions and handle interpersonal relationships. Collaboration: Exhibits the ability to work successfully within a group while showing respect and willingness to share information and skills. Adaptability: Accepts change and participates in new programs and processes while remaining calm in pressurized situations. High School diploma or general education degree.
