Job Description

Ensure outstanding customer care at all times. Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous behavior at all times. Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns. Supervise daily shift process. Ensure all team members adhere to standard operating procedures. Train and assist new front desk employees. The Candidate 3 years of related experience in the hotel industry or customer service. Able to speak 2-3 languages. Effective communicator who can provide information and respond to groups of managers, coworkers, vendors, and customers. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Basic administration skills and computer proficiency are necessary. The ability to work flexible days and hours. Comfortable interacting with various personalities.
