Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Agent, a Back Office Agent, and a Receptionist at La Cocumella. All of these positions will be responsible for phone etiquette, reception duties, providing exceptional customer service, and effective communication with guests and staff. Qualifications Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Front Office skills Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in handling guest inquiries and requests efficiently Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team Proficiency in Italian and English is a must.
