Hermitage Hotel & Spa in brief: Rating: 5 stars Solutions available: 39 (28 rooms and 11 suites) Circuit: Relais & Chateaux Network: Virtuoso Travel, EcoLuxury Retreats of the World Bellefontaine Spa La Chandelle restaurant (mentioned in the prestigious 2023 Michelin Guide) Job Description • Manages the mise en place. • Supports the chef de rang during the service in the breakfast room. • During the evening service, is responsible for the pass and the orders. • Takes care of clearing the room, cleaning, and maintaining order. Qualifications • Diploma/Degree. • At least six months' experience gained in the role. • The profile is completed by seriousness, customer orientation, communication, flexibility, and team working. Additional Information • Fixed-term contract from mid-June to September 1st, with the possibility of being confirmed for the following season, which will start from mid-November to mid-April. • CCNL Tourism. • Full-time availability from Monday to Sunday on shifts, with 1 day off per week. • Sharing room and board.
