BIM Specialist for Architecture & Interior Design Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled BIM Specialist with extensive experience in designing and detailing high-end villas and 5-star hospitality projects. If you are dedicated, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality work, we want you on our team Key Responsibilities Develop detailed Revit models for high-end residential and hospitality projects. Produce comprehensive technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and detailed joinery. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to integrate technical details. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Generate BOQs and cutting lists, and maintain project documentation. Conduct quality control reviews of Revit models and drawings. Manage and direct projects. Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural and interior design. Strong proficiency in Revit is a MUST. Experience with AutoCAD and Navisworks is a plus. Diploma in Design/Architecture required; higher degree preferred. Portfolio showcasing detailed architectural and interior fit-out projects. English proficiency is a MUST. Soft Skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Good ability in hand drawing is appreciated. Effective time management and organizational skills. Continuous learning mindset.
