Booking Office Internship – Lungarno Collection – March 2025

Lungarno Collection is pleased to share the opportunity for a talented intern to be part of the Booking Office’s team. Our research is aimed at professionals with the innate ability to be impeccable "hosts", to offer excellent service, combining spontaneity and personalization. A distinctive presence on the Italian hospitality scene, Lungarno Collection has luxury addresses in the most desirable districts of Florence, Rome and Milan. The brand Lungarno Collection was launched in 1995 as a hotel management company owned by the Ferragamo family. Each hotel has its own personality, drawing inspiration from urban culture, history and style to create highly personal experiences highlighted by elegance, striking design and attentive service. Trainee performs an internship in the department for a period of six months; the experience is focused on increasing levels of responsibility in order to fully understand the department activities. His/her responsibilities will include: managing reservations requests both from guests and Tour Operators, companies and other alliances that cooperate with Lungarno Collections, managing reservation calls and emails, in accordance with Lungarno Collection quality standards, checking reservations with online systems, verifying that reservations are guaranteed and eventual penalties applied (in case of no show, cancellations), coordinating reservations with hotels teams, checking occupancy levels and goals achievements and supporting the office in day-by-day tasks. Requirements: • Communicative approach • Sales orientation • Fluent Italian and English knowledge; a third language will be considered a plus It also requires passion, enthusiasm, guest orientation, attitude to smile, desire to grow professionally and elegance not only exterior.
