Human Resources Generalist Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Group Life & Disability Paid time off Paid sick time Human Resources Generalist Qualifications: 3 years of HR experience–ideally within the hospitality/restaurant industry Experience with Microsoft Office products Strong employee relations and talent management experience Expertise in critical thinking, communication skills (written & oral), and good judgment Bi-lingual is a plus Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities: Maintain all paper and electronic documentation regarding employee relations Act as main POC for all benefit inquiries Provide coaching and counseling to employees and management to resolve employee relation matters Address complaints from the team in a timely fashion Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure 100% compliance Support HR projects as needed This is an in person role–no hybrid or remote availability At Goodwin Recruiting we are committed to our core values.
