About the Role We are looking for an experienced Commercial Catering Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and installing a variety of commercial catering equipment, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Installation, servicing, and repair of commercial catering equipment , including combi ovens, fryers, grills, and hot holding units. ✅ Diagnosing and repairing faults on commercial dishwashers, glasswashers, boilers, and other kitchen appliances . ✅ Conducting preventative maintenance to minimise breakdowns and prolong equipment lifespan. ✅ Working efficiently to complete jobs on-site with minimal disruption to clients. ✅ Liaising with clients and providing professional advice on equipment maintenance. ✅ Maintaining accurate records of work completed and parts used. ✅ Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations. What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Experience: Minimum 1 year working with commercial catering equipment (installation, servicing & repairs). ✔️ Certifications (Preferred): COMCAT 1-5, LPG, F-Gas, Electrical qualifications. ✔️ Knowledge of: Major brands such as Rational, Blue Seal, Hobart, Lincat, etc. ✔️ Full UK driving license (essential). ✔️ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. ✔️ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
