We are in need of a Real Estate Photographer and Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in real estate photography, video and drone footage, as well as editing. The saying "a picture is worth a thousand words" is perhaps more relevant in our industry than any other. If you’re ready for your next creative adventure, then please apply today Responsibilities Capture high-quality interior and exterior photos and videos that highlight each property's unique features and luxury appearance. Shoot and edit Zillow 3D virtual tours. Utilize drone equipment for aerial shots of properties and surrounding areas. Edit images to ensure they meet team and brokerage brand standards. Collaborate with with listing department to schedule and execute photoshoots in a timely manner. Provide artistic guidance to enhance property staging and ensure optimal lighting, angles, and composition. Meet deadlines to deliver edited photos within 48 hours of the shoot. Qualifications Experience in real estate, architectural, or luxury lifestyle photography. Proficient with professional DSLR cameras, drone operation (with FAA Part 107 certification preferred), and photo editing software such Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. A strong portfolio showcasing real estate or luxury property photography. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Reliable transportation to travel to properties. Meticulous attention to capturing and editing every detail for high-end luxury properties. Own professional-grade camera gear and drone is a bonus.
