About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Field Account Executive in Milan to join our growing team The ideal candidate has a passion for expanding networks of partnerships and can effectively communicate the benefits of our Radical platform to local shop owners. Responsibilities: Identify and visit potential partners of the Radical company, including local shops, bars, bistros, and hotels. Effectively communicate the value proposition and unique features of the Radical platform. Negotiate and sign agreements with local shop owners to have them on board as luggage storage locations on the Radical platform. Achieve individual targets and contribute to overall team goals. Provide ongoing support and account management to local shops to ensure a positive experience on the Radical platform. Qualifications: Based in Milan or nearby. Holder of VAT number or willing to get one (candidates without this qualification will be automatically excluded from the selection process). Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of daily visits to local shops . Proficiency in English and Italian . Previous experience in acquiring partnerships . Excellent standing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals . Pay range and compensation package: We provide a compensation structure that includes competitive performance-based incentives and a fixed salary.
