You will ensure that all SOPs are being adhered to and assist in maintaining and improving reservations operations to ensure a high degree of accuracy in guest reservations, maximizing revenue opportunities and satisfaction of guests and team members. You will ensure monitoring of daily arrivals for all guest requests to be carried out and communicated. You will work on inventory management, including allotments, group blocks, and rate codes in all applicable systems. Additionally, you will assist the Revenue Manager in driving up-selling within the property and ensuring optimal use of all distribution channels, e.g. IBE, GDS, Tour Operators, Small Luxury Hotels, Regional and Corporate Sales Offices. Furthermore, you will support the Reservation Manager in managing events, specifically the following tasks: Manage group and event bookings. Manage the relationship with the guest from the moment of event confirmation until the collection of feedback post-event. Support the Reservation and Event Manager in site inspections. Contribute to the success of events within the structure, ensuring full satisfaction and well-being of guests with a view to ensuring excellent service. Oversee the administrative activity related to the realization of the event, including its billing. Organize the logistics of the event, coordinating all the departments involved (Front Office, F&B, etc.). Take care of internal digital communication. Qualifications: Experience in the sought role. Familiarity with hotel operations technology and all distribution channels. Understanding of the dynamics of the regional and local market, local competitors, and events of the destination.
