IT Technician

Onsite level 2 IT support for your users in hardware and software problems. We are looking for an Onsite IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End-user Support within an enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies. You will be directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets from your users: Setting up PC workplaces Installations, migrations, and rollouts User administration via Active Directory User support with MS Office, Windows, and other software issues Deal with stock / asset management Provide support on meeting room / conferencing room Provide smart hand support for Server and network devices You will assist your users with creative solutions and a service-oriented approach. Minimum Requirements: 2 years of IT experience in end-user support within corporations Familiarity with ticketing systems Experience in OS, Apps, and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products Good English and fluent Italian languages Ability to build relationships Location: Rome (South Rome) - fully onsite Be part of us Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
