This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high standards of functionality, safety, and efficiency while minimizing operational disruptions. Up to 70% travel required. Responsibilities: Develop and implement facilities management policies and procedures. Oversee construction, renovations, and maintenance across multiple locations. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and building codes. Manage budgets, forecasts, CapEx, and maintenance projects. Supervise contractors, review bids, and ensure quality workmanship. Utilize company technology to track repairs, maintenance, and project timelines. Provide off-hours support for urgent maintenance needs. Research and implement cost-saving initiatives through technological advancements. Requirements: 8 years of construction and facilities management experience (hospitality/restaurant industry preferred). Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred). Expertise in building codes, safety standards, and large-scale project management. Facilities Management Certification is a plus. Strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor management skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to be on-call for emergency situations. Interested in hearing more?
