Job Details Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, perform physical exams, and review medical histories Diagnose and manage common urological conditions, including UTIs, kidney stones, incontinence, and prostate issues Assist in minor urological procedures and provide pre- and post-operative care Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work, imaging, and urodynamic studies Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and therapies Educate patients on disease prevention, treatment options, and post-treatment care Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system Qualifications: Nurse Practitioner (NP): MSN or DNP from an accredited program, with board certification as a Family or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner Physician Assistant (PA): Graduation from an accredited PA program with NCCPA certification Active and unrestricted Arizona state license (or ability to obtain) DEA registration (or eligibility) Prior experience in urology, surgery, or internal medicine preferred but not required Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team Interested in hearing more?
