Take ownership of North London and drive growth, elevating revenue to new heights 35k-40k 40% uncapped The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic field-based Account Manager to join a top manufacturer of commercial ovens, covering North London, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. In this role, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients whilst identifying new business opportunities within your client base. You will manage your own portfolio of clients and ensure all queries and issues are dealt with promptly while collaborating with other departments. If you thrive in an autonomous role and enjoy building partnerships, this is the opportunity for you. Receive a brilliant 6-week training program, including a two-week adventure in Italy Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with head of sales, restaurant managers and head chefs within dealerships and the hospitality sector in North London and surrounding areas. Identify new opportunities within your already developed territory by engaging with key business executives / stakeholders in the industry and ensure satisfaction with the product by providing real time demonstrations to 'wow' your clients and increase your revenue. The unique selling point of this business is the offering of their 'Individual Cooking Experience' Sit several face-to-face meetings per week with distributors, dealers and end users and provide training on high tech products that revolutionalise the industry. Manage 20 midterm and 30 long terms dealers in your territory using a multichannel approach, playing an integral part in the £350 million turnover of the business. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience in account management, with a proven track record in customer relationship building. Strong background working in the field and managing your own territory. Familiar and confident utilising CRM systems to manage your pipeline. Comfortable working independently, managing your own schedule and targets as well as being a team player and collaborating with your wider team in the South of England. You're an individual who is tenacious, driven and capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment.
