Types of Courses "Commis de Cuisine in luxury hotels" (duration 400 hours between classroom and internship) "Commis de salle in luxury hotels" (duration 400 hours between classroom and internship) "Housekeeping in luxury hotels" (duration 400 hours between classroom and internship) The courses are completely free and will start approximately from the end of February 2025 to May 2025, depending on the course, and include board and lodging for the entire duration of the training activity. The classroom courses will take place in the splendid location of Rapallo (GE). Requirements Unemployed individuals, aged between 18 and 30 years Have completed compulsory education, with priority given to those with a relevant degree and/or previous experience Knowledge of English and a second foreign language Motivation Communication and relational skills Reliability Autonomy Result orientation/passion Availability, if required, to transfer to one of the Belmond Group's Italian structures in Italy, Spain, and Portugal The ideal candidate is eager to offer our guests an authentic luxury experience demonstrating attention, skill, and curiosity; they will be supported by the best professionals in the industry and have excellent opportunities for professional development.
