A growing and dynamic Quantity Surveying consultancy in Kent is looking for a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit and supportive team. The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take on a leading role in a variety of projects spanning education, residential, commercial, retail fit-outs, healthcare, and hospitality. You'll be responsible for managing projects throughout their full lifecycle, from initial cost planning to final account settlement, ensuring budgets are maintained and value is maximised. Beyond project delivery, this role offers the chance to mentor junior staff and develop leadership skills, with a clear pathway towards an Associate position. There are also opportunities to expand into project management, making this an ideal position for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take their career to the next level.
