We are looking for enthusiastic DBS cleared Kitchen Assistants to cover term time positions for various schools in Witney Location - Witney Oxfordshire Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 14:30 Pay- £13 Per HourQualities Good communication skills Great team working skills Able to calm under pressure. Be able to work quickly and efficiently Has high standards of personal hygiene Knowledge of kitchen safety requirements Able to work in a kitchen environment and follow instructionsMain Duties: Ensure that the kitchen is clean and operational at all times Assisting with general kitchen assistant duties Wash utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately Cleaning food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas Basic food preparation Maintaining a clean, hygienic and presentable kitchen environment Preparing food counter and dining areas for mealtimes and service Receive deliveries of new food and drink stock items, checking off items and storing them correctly Dispose of rubbish correctlyRequirements Enhanced DBS Clearance Flexible approach to work Previous experience in a food service or hospitality roleBlue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people
