Job Title: Housekeeper/Customer Service Receptionist Location: Birmingham Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday Hourly Rate: £11.44 per hour Working Hours: Wednesday to Friday: 10:00 - 18:00 Saturday to Sunday: 09:00 - 17:00Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and reliable Housekeeper/Customer Service Receptionist to join our team in Birmingham. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including housekeeping, customer service, and reception duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the building, including common areas and restrooms. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to students and visitors, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Reception Duties: Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and handle email correspondence. Parcel Delivery: Receive and deliver parcels within the building, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
