Assistant to Hospitality Manager and Customer Relationship Santa Maria La Nave is a boutique winery on Mount Etna focused on achieving and maintaining excellence in the complex segment of extreme viticulture. We operate 2 vineyards: one in Monte Ilice in Trecastagni and one in Contrada Nave in the highest part of the Bronte territory. Two years ago we launched our Tasting Home in Contrada Nave and now we are almost ready to welcome guests in the Monte Ilice Vineyard. We are looking for a professional who can, after the appropriate training, welcome our sophisticated guests independently, especially in our high-altitude Tasting Home in Contrada Nave, with full attention to details in the wine tastings and events. We expect the new professional to understand the hospitality and wine business, to have a strong entrepreneurial approach, a real positive attitude, and a genuine inclination to work in a team. Almost obsessive attention to details and continuous pursuit of perfection are required. The employee will report to the Hospitality Manager, but also, given the size of the company and our unstructured approach, we expect full flexibility to support the CEO and the small but excellent team of Santa Maria La Nave in other tasks when they arise.
