Job Description

Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the golf course’s goals and objectives. Prepare and manage the HR budget. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives. Develop and manage the performance appraisal system. Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on performance-related issues. Implement performance improvement plans when necessary. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs. Conduct salary surveys and make recommendations for compensation adjustments. Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with enrollment processes. Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related software platforms. Track and manage employee leaves, including vacation, sick leave, and other time-off requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws. Job Requirements Age Max 42 years old Hold min Bachelor Degree major of Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in human resources in the same position, preferably in the hospitality or leisure industry. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR programs. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. J-18808-Ljbffr
