As part of a growing company, you’ll bring experience in opening new locations and managing multiple sites. Working closely with the owner, you’ll play a key role in enhancing service, raising standards, and driving sales. As an Operations Manager, you will: Oversee multiple P&L accounts, budgets, costs, and labor Recruit, train, develop, lead, motivate, and manage team performance Collaborate with the marketing team on strategy development Lead and mentor the senior management team Ensure adherence to high standards, company systems, and procedures Work with managers to drive sales growth Deliver exceptional customer service Meet company targets and KPIs Experience Needed: New Openings Experience: Proven track record in successfully opening new restaurants or venues. Luxury Restaurants/Venues: Strong background in managing high-end, luxury dining establishments. Managing Multiple Locations : Experience overseeing and coordinating operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistency and quality.
